How often are orders shipped?

Orders are shipped every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

What if I ordered the wrong shade or product?

Please contact info@patryyciahcosmetics.com if you ordered the wrong shade or product IMMEDIATELY after you placed your order so the issue can be resolved. If order has already been shipped, no refunds or exchanges will be allowed.

What do I do if I am unsure which shade matches me? 

For any questions regarding shade matches with any of our products, please send a picture of yourself to info@patryyciahcosmetics.com or send us a message on Instagram and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

Is Patryyciah Cosmetics a vegan brand? 

Yes, Patryyciah Cosmetics is a vegan brand. Our brushes are also all synthetic and are not made with animal hair. 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
